1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hami Ecofarms website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur due to seasonal changes or product updates.

3. Orders

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide options for replacement or a refund.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are not included in the product prices and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Payments

We accept online payments via secure third-party payment gateways. By completing a transaction, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Delivery

  • Charges: Delivery fees within Peninsular Malaysia are RM 16 per order.
  • Timeline: Orders are dispatched on the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-orders will follow the specified delivery schedule.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number or delivery status notification via email.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only available for defective or damaged items, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Process: Submit a claim with clear photos or videos of the defective items and your order details. In rare cases, we may request the item to be returned using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hami Ecofarms website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Hami Ecofarms and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hami Ecofarms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or its products, including but not limited to delays in delivery or inaccuracies in product descriptions, except as required by law.

10. Force Majeure

Hami Ecofarms will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform any obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the website at our discretion, without notice, if you violate any terms outlined here or engage in any activity that compromises the security or functionality of our platform.

12. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during any transaction or registration process.
