Product Delivery Charges
Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is charged at RM 16 per order.
Delivery Timeline
We aim to dispatch orders on the next business day, provided all items are in stock and the day falls on a standard business day. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the shipping status and relevant tracking details. Our delivery methods include:
- DHL: A tracking number will be provided for real-time updates on your shipment’s progress.
- HAMI In-House Delivery: Orders delivered via our in-house service typically arrive on the same day they are dispatched. For further tracking inquiries, feel free to contact us.
